Diner Option

You want to eat one evening at the restaurant, have a grill or other, it's possible

Giving you the freedom to organise your stay as your wish

Option to oup of one or more evening meals

Reduction of 12€ per dinner and per person

Example : You want to remove the sunday evening meal, the price would be 158€ per person instead 170€

In the event of the tournament being cancelled or your team being prohibited to travel because of COVID-19 you will get 100% refund

15/01/2023: Deadline for rooming list, players list, travel info, 30% deposit and the caution are also due on this date

20/03/2023: You will receive final invoice

01/03/2023: Deadline for final payment

15/03/2023: Match schedule is published

Team registration fee – 150 euros per team.

Which resort will we stay in?

Teams will stay 4* Resort Sandaya Les Vagues in bungalow (4,5,6 or 8 persons) in Vendres-Plage.

Where will the meals be served?

Breakfast and dinner will be served in the resort, the lunch will be served in the stadiums. 

A breakfast with pastries, bread, jams, butter as well as hot and cold drinks.. As for lunch, you will have a sporty cold or hot meal.

As for dinner you can enjoy a wide variety of both hot and cold food from the buffet style restaurant.

Can the parents and fans stay at the same resort?

Yes. Persons accompanying the teams will stay at the same resort.

What happens if we cancel?

The first payment (150€) is non-refundable.

Participation fees and excursions:

Cancellation 30 days before tournament – cancellation fee 0% of total cost per person.

Cancellation between 15-30 days before tournament – cancellation fee 50% of total cost per person.

Cancellation less than 15 days before tournament – cancellation fee 100% of total cost per person.

Are there any discounts for children?

Child under 2 years is free in any room (baby cot).

Can we stay extra nights?

Extra night will cost €25 per person per night.

Extra night will cost €40 per person per night, Breakfast and diner included.
